$20-30 Mil. Toshiba Business to Temerlin

DALLAS—Toshiba Computer Systems Group has awarded its $20-30 million creative and media account to Temerlin McClain. The Irving, Texas, shop bested Doremus in San Francisco and Mezzina/Brown in New York in a review. Incumbent DGWB Advertising in Santa Ana, Calif., retains Toshiba’s $10 million Electronics Imaging Department account.

E.B. Lane Wins Arizona Biltmore Account

LOS ANGELES—E.B. Lane Marketing Communications has won the $1 million-plus Arizona Biltmore Resort & Spa advertising and public relations account, the agency said last week. The Phoenix agency overcame crosstown shops Riester-Robb, The Motta Co. and Thomas-Tvert. The incumbent was Masterson Creative in San Diego. E.B. Lane has handled public relations for the client for the past six months. The contract also includes creative, media buying and planning, online marketing and promotional partnerships. Ads are expected to break in May.

Molina Healthcare Taps Engle & Murphy

LOS ANGELES—Molina Healthcare has hired Engle & Murphy to handle its $3-4 million advertising account, the client confirmed. Finalists also included the incumbent, Glass/McClure in Sacramento, Calif., which worked with the Long Beach, Calif., managed healthcare company for the last seven years; 1health Communications in Venice, Calif.; and Fraser Communications in Santa Monica, Calif. Initial work will involve developing a branding strategy, the client said.

Cole & Weber Installs Stebbins as SVP

SAN FRANCISCO—Kristine Stebbins has been hired as senior vice president of CRM and direct marketing at Cole & Weber/Red Cell in Seattle. She was previously vice president of marketing at OmniSky and a Microsoft group product manager on the Windows 2000 launch team. Stebbins began her career at Goldberg Moser O’Neill, now Hill, Holliday, Connors, Cosmopulos, in San Francisco; worked for Anderson & Lembke; and was a senior partner and account director at OgilvyOne.

Hill, Holliday Elevates Godfrey

SAN FRANCISCO—Hill, Holliday, Connors, Cosmopulos has promoted Patrick Godfrey to senior vice president, group account director. His previous title was vp, group account director. Godfrey has been with the San Francisco shop for two years, overseeing the Sybase and Veritas Software accounts. He also worked on the $50-60 million Cisco Systems business. The account is currently in review; Hill, Holliday is not defending. Previously, Godfrey was vp, management supervisor at the now-defunct Lowe & Partners in San Francisco.

The account is handled by the San Francisco office of Hill, Holiday. Integer was recently tapped by the client to create promotional and in-store material.
