Citgo Petroleum Begins Agency Search
DALLAS–Citgo Petroleum, Tulsa, Okla., last week issued a request for proposals to undisclosed agencies for its estimated $10 million-plus national account. Client media director Julie Anderson said duties will include developing Citgo’s first consumer-targeted positioning for 14,000 U.S. retail locations. A search team headed by Citgo ad manager Donald Rucks will look at agencies primarily in the Southwest and Midwest, but Anderson said the evaluation is national in scope. Media First International, New York, is responsible for media.
