DALLAS–First Madison Communications has won a contract to develop a marketing campaign for
FileControl.com. The Houston-based client makes document management software. Billings were undisclosed. First Madison Communications in Austin, Texas, will develop the FileControl.com Web site, a tutorial and a 60-second television commercial.
Swedish Shop Acquires Texas Agency
DALLAS–Swedish Internet advertising and management specialist Adera AB has acquired Blake Agency. Now known as Adera Inc., the nine-person Dallas shop plans to expand to 25 staffers due to growth in the high-tech sector it services.
