A Snyder, Berenson Settle Lawsuits
BOSTON–Snyder Communications and the partners of the former Berenson, Isham & Partners last week reached a confidential agreement settling lawsuits the parties had filed against each other. Snyder had claimed Paul Berenson and Carolyn Isham misrepresented the earnings potential of their small shop when it was rolled into Snyder-owned Wickersham Hunt Schwantner in late 1998. Berenson and Isham countersued, alleging mismanagement by Wickersham Hunt officials. Attorneys for both sides declined to disclose the terms of the settlement.
A McKay, Ground Round Say Goodbye
