ATLANTA The Home Depot yesterday launched a redesign of its Web site.

The Atlanta-based retailer worked with the San Francisco office of Minneapolis-based Carlson Marketing Group.

“The team has a strong practice in loyalty marketing, Web site design and event marketing,” said Shelley Nandkeolyar, vice president of interactive marketing and e-business at Home Depot, about CMG. Nandkeolyar added that the redesign puts the customer at the center of the [on-line] equation.

The updated site (www.homedepot.com) includes an expanded “know-how” section that combines project and product information, design tools and vendor content.
