HealthStar Advertising in Woodbridge, N.J., has named Tami Beth Bloom account supervisor. Bloom, who reports to Bob Karczewski, executive vice president and general manager of the agency, will manage the launch of Lamisil DermGel, a new athlete’s foot treatment from Novartis Consumer Health. Before joining HealthStar, she was senior account supervisor at Krell Advertising in Flemington, N.J., where she worked on several Merck accounts, including Zocor and Maxalt.
