Minneapolis agency Group One has hired Tina Puente as director of business development. She most recently served in a similar role at crosstown agency Kerker after holding business development posts at Richmond, Va., shops Work and The Martin Agency. Puente began her career in Minneapolis and has worked in management and public relations positions at Fallon, McCracken Brooks and Hedstrom Blessing.
