CHICAGO – Foote, Cone & Belding Communications, Chicago, last week reported net income and earnings per share increases for both the third quarter and the first nine months of 1993. Third-quarter net income totaled $3.3 million, up 23.7% over the same period in 1992. Third-quarter revenues increased 8% to $96.3 million.
