CHICAGO Publicis Groupe’s Fallon has promoted David Sigel to director of account management. He succeeds Mike Buchner in that post. Buchner was promoted to chief operating officer earlier this year.
Sigel, 42, is a 16-year veteran of the Minneapolis-based agency. For the past four years, he has led the shop’s portfolio of financial services accounts, including its largest client, Citigroup.
