Filling a position left open when Rich Stoddart joined Ford Motor Co. in April, Fallon Minneapolis appointed agency veteran Maggie Shea as director of account service.

Agency president and executive creative director David Lubars praised Shea’s team-building skills and commitment to integration.

“We’re trying not to just be an ad agency,” Lubars said. “Maggie’s skill set and background [will] continue that vision.”

Shea, 36, joined the agency in 1997 from then-Fallon client Ameri tech. Most recently, she was a group account director, overseeing Citi bank, PBS, Fortune and Time magazines.
