Valued for its equity as an iconoclastic creative shop, Black Rocket/Euro RSCG has sidestepped parent Euro RSCG’s sweeping reorganization, agency officials said last week.
Euro last week consolidated 11 of its shops into two agency networks, each with its own profit-and-loss center (see National News on page 30). But San Fran cisco’s Black Rocket, which has launched such prominent Internet brands as Yahoo!, will maintain creative autonomy and its current management structure.
