NEW YORK Eos Airlines has awarded media planning and buying chores to WPP Group’s MediaCom without a review, the client has confirmed.

Until August, Interpublic Group’s Mullen in Wenham, Mass., had handled both creative and media duties for the client, which was founded in 2005 as a premium-class carrier. Creative duties are currently unassigned. Mullen introduced its first ads for Eos in the spring. That effort portrayed Eos’ flights as “Uncrowded. Uncompromising.”

Pardis Brenner, senior partner and group account director at MediaCom in New York, will lead the Eos business.
