A new promo for Precor from Foote Cone & Belding, Seattle, may be just the thing for those who’d like to exercise but never learned how.

The shop created a vinyl mat like the one in Twister but without the colors. It has dotted lines in the shape of hands (“Place hand here”) and circles where one’s feet should go—all indicating the proper position for push-ups.

“It’s a very simple piece that pares down to the most basic elements,” said art director Jason Wood.
