Doe-Anderson Contracts CIA for Broadcast Buys

Seeking “more clout” for its retail clients, Doe-Anderson Advertising and Public Relations has dropped Carat and hired CIA Medianetwork to handle at least $10 million in broadcast buys annually.
“[This is] a step up more than a problem with the previous agency,” said Jim Ensign, Doe-Anderson’s director of media. “We were impressed by [CIA’s] service for our retail clients.”
Ensign said CIA Medianetwork won the Louisville, Ky.-based agency’s assignment following a review that included three other undisclosed media-only shops.
