Deutsch last week won creative chores for online job service Monster, the client confirmed. The IPG shop bested Publicis’ Saatchi & Saatchi and Omnicom’s DDB in the final round. Monster claims a worldwide marketing budget of $115 million. Last year, the client spent $30 million on U.S. ads, according to TNS Media Intelligence/CMR. Monster split with the incumbent, Havas’ Arnold in Boston, in April. Media remains with Havas’ MPG for the time being.
