DDB to Tout McD's Chicken Selects in New Ads

CHICAGO McDonald’s will promote its new Chicken Selects strips in advertising beginning Aug. 10, the company said.

The campaign from the client’s lead U.S. agency, DDB in Chicago, will include TV, according to an agency representative. Further details were not available.

“McDonald’s is one of the largest sellers of chicken within the industry,” said Mike Roberts, CEO of the Oak Brook, Ill., company, in a statement. “And the new Chicken Selects match our customers’ demand for quality food choices that can be a part of an active, on-the-go lifestyle.”
