Clarke Goward's Amadeo Joins Mullen

BOSTON Jim Amadeo has joined Interpublic Group’s Mullen as svp, group creative director, the agency said.

Amadeo, 41, was previously the top creative director at independent Boston agency Clarke Goward, which closed its doors last month, its remnants folded into Providence, R.I.-based RDW Group [Adweek Online Nov. 5]. Prior to Clarke Goward, Amadeo was a creative director at independent Ingalls in Boston.

He will report to Mullen’s chief creative officer Edward Boches, and work on the shop’s LendingTree and Stride Rite accounts, the agency said.
