CHICAGO The McDonald’s Owners of Chicago and Northwest Indiana have enlisted Cubs center fielder Corey Patterson and White Sox right fielder Magglio Ordonez for a television spot promoting Ronald McDonald House.

The Major League ballplayers will appear in a commercial created by Leo Burnett, Chicago, which handles advertising for the MOCNI. Creative details of the ad were not available, but it will tout a promotion in which the restaurant owners will contribute 25 cents to the charity for every McFlurry dessert purchased this summer.
