CHD to Craft Dozen Spots for Nascar.com

ATLANTA Nascar.com has selected Cole Henderson Drake to create 12 television commercials, the agency said.

The assignment follows an informal review by the client here, according to Mike Palma, marketing director for CHD, also in Atlanta.

The spots will begin playing on June 1 and run on all of TNT’s Nascar cablecasts. Turner Broadcasting, which has bought the rights to the Web site, hopes the ads will drive viewers to the site and help convert them to subscribers.

The budget was not disclosed.
