NEW YORK Casio has cut to finalists in its search for a shop to handle its estimated $5-10 million advertising account, sources said.

The cut came on Thursday after a round of credentials and chemistry meetings, according to sources, who identified the finalists as Interpublic Group’s Hill, Holliday, Connors, Cosmopulos; Maxxcom’s Margeotes|Fertitta + Partners; and Wolf Group.

Not advancing were IPG’s Avrett Free & Ginsberg as well as Gigante Vaz and ADK America, said sources.
