Staffers at Arnold Ingalls Moranville in San Francisco were recently feted with a surprise party thrown by new owner Snyder Communications-and executives at the parent firm were apparently in a giving mood.
The high point of the bash was a drawing for a New Beetle. Creative coordinator Nicky Battille was the lucky winner.
After her name was drawn, all 50-plus employees-led by Arnold Ingalls Moranville managing director Ed Dilworth-made a trip to the nearest Volkswagen dealership. There, Battille selected a fully loaded, 1999 lime-green bug that would retail for just under $20,000.
