After setting records two weeks ago, stocks continued to climb last week, marking the third straight week of triple-digit increases. The Dow finished at a new high of 11,960.51, up 110.95 points, a gain of almost 1 percent. The Nasdaq also improved, gaining 59.47 to close at 2,357.29, up 2.6 percent. Ad stocks, however, finished mixed. Omnicom finished almost even, closing at 94.68. WPP Group declined a half percent to finish at 61.75. Publicis Groupe closed at 39.03,
