Lieberman Extends Ad Reach

NEW YORK Democratic presidential hopeful Joseph Lieberman broke a new TV and radio campaign last week targeting voters in the Jan. 27 New Hampshire primary. A TV spot defines his policies on taxes, family leave and foreign affairs. The Connecticut senator also launched his first ads in Arizona, Oklahoma and South Carolina.

Edwards Denounces the ‘Two Americas’

Los Angeles Democratic presidential contender John Edwards broke two new ads in Iowa last week. One 30-second spot, “Two Americas,” addresses the gap between the rich and poor. The second, titled “Better Life,” uses aspects of Edwards’ biography to focus on parents’ desire to give their children more opportunities. The spots were produced by Penczner Media in Washington, D.C.
