Vicki Briand has been appointed media director at Sullivan-St. Clair Marketing and Public Relations. Briand rejoins the Mobile, Ala., shop from Clear Channel TV, where she spent six months as an account executive. Briand first came to SSC in 2002 as a media planner and buyer.
