Jeroen Bours, an ecd at WPP’s Ogilvy & Mather here, has left the shop to become evp, ecd at IPG’s Hill, Holliday, Connors, Cosmopulos in New York. Bours will replace ecd David Wecal, who is leaving the agency later this month, sources said.
