Beth Israel Deaconness Medical Center has asked Mullen, Holland Mark and Allen & Gerritsen to make final presentations in the review for its ad account.

The three were the largest players among the half-dozen agencies that had been semifinalists. Cronin & Co., Glastonbury, Conn.; Baldwin & Stone, Cambridge, Mass.; and Clarke Goward, Boston, did not advance. Pile and Co., Boston, is overseeing the search.

The three finalists regularly compete for larger, national accounts; Beth Israel spends only $1-2 million annually on ads.
