Barkley Evergreen & Partners, Kansas City, Mo., has hired Sarah Austin as account manager. Before joining the agency, Austin was senior director of marketing and promotions at Meca Communications, Redding, Calif. BE&P has also added Charles Irwin as a marketing specialist.
