La comunidad partners Jose and Joaquin Molla have named Gary Bassell president of the agency, ending a yearlong search. The appointment frees Miami-based Jose Molla to return to creative duties. Joaquin Molla will continue as president and creative director at the shop’s Buenos Aires location. At la comunidad, Bassell said he will spearhead account management and new-business efforts and plan the agency’s strategic growth. “Our first two years as a full-service agency have been very successful,” said Jose Molla.
