Gayle Weiss has advanced from account supervisor to management supervisor at BBDO. In her new post at the Atlanta agency, Weiss will oversee the Southeast and West regional advertising teams for Cingular, as well as manage national promotions. The shop has also promoted assistant account executives Carolyn Bucher and Mistelle Taylor to account executives. In addition, BBDO has hired Sanders Hearne as a copywriter. Hearne previously worked in a similar role at Sawyer Riley Compton.
