BOSTON Four agencies have emerged as finalists in the review for creative chores on the Bob’s Stores advertising account.

The contenders are: Tucker Hampel Stefanides & Partners and Arnold, both pitching from their New York offices; North Castle Partners in Stamford, Conn.; and Hill, Holliday, Connors, Cosmopulos in Boston, according to Pile and Co., the consulting company here that is overseeing the search. The client expects to complete the competition in early April.
