The Frankfurt and Munich, Germany, offices of TBWA International have won the $30 million account of Hypo-Bank following a six-month review. The client, headquartered in Munich, is Germany’s fifth-largest bank. Other contenders for the business included Heye & Needham and W†nscher/Rohwer, both of Munich. The bank’s former agency, Herrwerth & Partner, also in Munich, was not invited to participate in the review.
