The merger of Nebraska shops Ayres Advertising and Kahler & Co. is expected to create a single, more complete agency, its president said.
The union creates Ayres-Kah-ler, an agency that will claim billings of $25 million and a staff of 35 in two offices when it officially opens on July 1. The deal involved the trade of Ayres stock for Kahler’s assets, said Mick Sibbel, who will serve as president and managing partner of the agency’s Lincoln, Neb.,
