Throughout Black History Month, we’re partnering with agency owner Derek Walker on a series that highlights the ideas, perspectives and successes of Black advertising professionals.
Today, we’re featuring Ladi Fatade, a creative director, writer and the co-founder of Creative Noire, an organization he started three years ago to help people of color find jobs in creative fields.
Fatade, who’s currently a writer at HBO Max, co-founded Creative Noire with Briana Bright. Below, he shares more details about it.
Derek Walker: Why are you proud of this work?
Fatade: My co-founder and I started Creative Noire so we could connect creatives of color with job opportunities and resources.
