Omnicom’s global brand consultancy, Interbrand, announced today the promotions of Rebecca Robins and Georgina Collins in two newly-created roles: chief learning and culture officer and global chief talent officer, respectively.

Both executives will be based out of Interbrand’s London office.

Collins previously served as Interbrand’s executive director of human resources for the Europe, Middle East, Africa and Latin America regions, overseeing 10 offices. As global chief talent officer, the consultancy said in a statement that Collins will lead recruiting and global strategy for talent and leadership development.

“The competition for talent has never been more complex,” Collins said in a statement to Adweek.
