BBH New York has expanded its creative team by hiring Marta Ibarrondo, who joins as group creative director, and Brooke Kaylor, who serves as head of integrated production.

Kaylor replaces Ed Zazzera, who recently left the agency to join McCann Health. She and Ibarrondo will report to Gerard Caputo, BBH New York’s chief creative officer, in their new roles.

“Every organization is only as good as its current talent and at BBH we prioritize that above everything. Marta and Brooke represent our commitment to our creative ambition and building one of the most agile production teams in the industry,” wrote Caputo in a statement. “With our current momentum and creative opportunities, I’m very excited to welcome these new talents.”

Ibarrondo freelanced for a number of agencies, including 180LA and Saatchi & Saatchi, before joining BBH New York. Throughout her career, she has worked with brands including JPMorgan Chase, Absolut, Verizon and Reebok and has had her work recognized by Cannes Lions, The One Show and the Clio Awards, among others.

Kaylor previously led production at Beauty@Gotham, a McCann-owned creative agency in New York that specializes in beauty. Prior to that, she worked at agencies including AR New York and Laird + Partners, working with clients such as BMW, Calvin Klein, Jimmy Choo and DKNY.

The two join just weeks after FanDuel announced BBH New York as its lead agency partner. The shop recently released its first work for the brand.

Earlier this year, the agency parted ways with some of its leadership following the restructuring of its New York office and its decision to not participate in PlayStation’s global creative review. Prior to the review, BBH New York was PlayStation’s lead creative agency.
