NEW YORK Veteran Procter & Gamble executive Kim Dedeker has been named chair, Americas for WPP market research firm Kantar, a new position.
She will be based at Kantar’s office in Cincinnati and report to the company’s London-based CEO Eric Salama.
Dedeker will direct the firm’s global initiatives pertaining to research quality and help shape the company’s go-to-market strategy. She will also have direct oversight of U.S.-based Kantar corporate staff functions including client and business development responsibilities.
Dedeker was previously with P&G, where she spent 29 years in a variety of senior roles, most recently as vp, consumer and market knowledge/external capacity, where she led a number initiatives around data quality and “industry transformation.”
