NEW YORK Michael Eisner’s digital production studio Vuguru is planning to marry Web video with one of the oldest forms of media—books.

The former Disney CEO, speaking during a keynote interview with Fox News anchor Neil Cavuto on Wednesday at the Media and Money conference in New York, said his firm is developing a video series in conjunction with an unnamed “top-10 novelist.” Though Eisner did not go into great detail, the idea behind the project would be to produce 50 episodes of the show (perhaps scripted by such an author) that would culminate with the publication of a book, which would then be available in stores nationwide.
