LOS ANGELES Independent Ignited has added GameTap.com’s $25 million creative and media business, the agency confirmed.

The shop’s first broadcast work for GameTap, part of what is expected to be a fully integrated campaign, breaks in the second quarter of 2008.

The Atlanta-based gaming division of Turner Broadcasting had used an internal marketing department and advertised principally on the Web and Turner stations, said Magnus Morgan, vp, account director at Ignited.

The El Segundo, Calif.-based agency had been working with the internal marketing department on Web projects since the year began.
