NEW YORK Publishing company Meredith said it has bought digital agency O’Grady Meyers to expand its marketing offerings online.

O’Grady Meyers, a 40-person online customer relationship management specialist, works with several Nestle divisions, including PowerBar, Carnation Instant Breakfast and Infant Nutrition. The Los Angeles-based agency offers services in site design, online advertising and search marketing.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Meredith, which publishes magazines like Better Homes and Gardens and Family Circle, said it would house the agency as a stand-alone entity within its integrated marketing unit.
