NEW YORK AQuantive has purchased the United Kingdom-based interactive shop DNA, part of its move to expand its Avenue A/Razorfish agency’s global capabilities.
Nine-year-old DNA provides both media and creative services, including search, ad buying, site creation and analytics. It has about 60 employees in its London headquarters. DNA’s clients include BMW, Oxfam and Standard’s Life Bank.
The acquisition agreement calls for aQuantive to pay $4.8 million up front, with the total payout to be determined by DNA’s performance.
