LOS ANGELES California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger (left) today asked for Spanish-language television station KRCA to remove a controversial local billboard advertising the news team as broadcasting from “Los Angeles, Mexico.”
Speaking on the John and Ken Show on KFI-AM, Los Angeles, earlier today, Schwarzenegger called the advertisement “extremely divisive” in promoting illegal immigration. “I think they should take it down immediately,” the governor declared.
The hosts asked Schwarzenegger to respond to the angry callers to various local talk shows: “I think they have all reasons to be angry about that,” he said.
