NEW YORK Claria said it would offer audience Web behavior data to advertisers and publishers as part of the adware maker’s shift from pop-up advertising.

The new service, called the Web Intelligence Center, gives anonymous customer data Claria gleans from the 40 million computers with its tracking software installed. Marketers could get reports on where else visitors to their sites went; how they compare to competitors in attracting target audiences; and comparison of their audience profiles and rival businesses.
