Mature Market Group, part of JWT, has promoted Joanne Seitz to senior account executive. In her new position at the Boca Raton, Fla., shop, Seitz will oversee all account activity for Willow Valley, Williamsburg Landing and Carlton Cove Retirement Communities. MMG has also hired Jim Wood and Karen Williamson as senior production artist and production manager, respectively. Wood arrives at the agency from Capps Digital in Chicago, where he was a digital print production artist. Williamson previously worked in a similar position at First Marketing in Boca Raton.
