SAN FRANCISCO Goodby, Silverstein & Partners has rehired copywriter John Matejczyk, who spent the last 15 months heading up the Citibank “Identity theft” campaign at Fallon.

Matejczyk, 37, left Goodby in August 2003 for Fallon in Minneapolis. He will return to the Omnicom Group shop this month to work as creative director on the Hewlett-Packard account, the agency said.

He is not new to H-P. In his previous stint at the San Francisco agency, Matejczyk produced award-winning work for the client.
