ATLANTA UPS, in conjunction with Universal Studios and Nascar, has launched several TV and radio public service announcements reminding drivers to use extra caution on Halloween night, the delivery-service company said.

The campaign includes two TV commercials and one radio spot, each 15 seconds long, that have been sent to stations nationwide. The ads have begun airing in some markets, UPS said.

The work was created by Action Performance, which specializes in the design, promotion, marketing and distribution of licensed motorsports products.
