CHICAGO Anheuser-Busch will target club-goers with an extension of its Budweiser brand called B-to-the-E, a “sweet and tart” malt beverage hyped up with caffeine, guarana and ginseng, the brewery said on Monday.

The premium-priced product will begin rolling out next month and is expected to be available in half of A-B’s U.S. markets by the end of the year, said Pat McGauley, senior director of new products and high-end brands at the St. Louis brewery.
