The Martin Agency in Richmond, Va., has hired seven employees. Star Exton, a mortgage assistant at Prosperity Mortgage in Richmond, has joined the shop as assistant media planner. Kevin Orsi has become a program supervisor with the MVP Group, the agency’s sports and event marketing division. He previously was an account supervisor at Neathawk Dubuque Advertising in Richmond. Beth Ranson has been named an account executive with SLAY, Martin’s public relations unit. She most recently was a transplant specialty representative at Abbott Laboratories in Chapel Hill, N.C.
