Jill Biden to Appear on 'Army Wives'
For all you Lifetime “Army Wives” fans out there, this is clearly a BFD. A special guest will soon show up on the show — it’s Dr. Jill Biden, wife of V.P. Joe Biden.
As part of Dr. Biden’s ongoing efforts to raise awareness of men and women in uniform and their families, she’ll appear as herself in an episode airing Sunday, August 15, 2010, at 10 p.m. EST.
Details: In the episode called “Mud, Sweat, and Tears,” Biden visits Fort Marshall to launch “Fun Run,” a road race and obstacle course for the local community and post families, in support of summer camp for military brats.
