In honor of Gerald Ford: Watergate Salad at the News Desk. A popular party dish in the early 70s. Nothing leafy in this although it is green. Wags say it got its name because it’s filled with marshmallows and nuts and covered up with fluff–like the Nixon administration. Contains pistachios.
