Ascent Media Creative Services, a subsidiary of Liberty Media Corp., has named Bill Frazee to the newly created post of vice president, North America commercial services. Frazee will be the senior-level executive responsible for Santa Monica, Calif.-based Ascent Media’s ad agency relationships, with a focus on implementing unified marketing strategies and promoting collaboration between member companies. Previously the vp of West Coast commercial marketing, Frazee also co-founded Post Logic Studios, one of the first Los Angeles post-production houses to serve the advertising industry.
